My mom and dad arrived today in the United States from Jakarta, Indonesia. They will once again be calling Houston home. This is a pretty big deal because they haven't lived in the United States since November 1995, almost 13 1/2 years ago! During that time, they were in Scotland, Nova Scotia, Scotland again, and Indonesia. I still lived at home during the first stint in Scotland. Now that they're back in Texas, where I was born, perhaps it will become a bit more simple to answer the question, "where am I from," but only slightly. In any event, it'll be nice living in the same country again, something that hasn't happened for 7 1/2 years. Welcome home!
Exciting! Also, I just came across your blog. :) I thought maybe Brady and I were just really out of the loop, so I'm glad to see that you've just started and we haven't missed much. We'll add you to our list--welcome to blogging!
