Just by coincidence, we seemed to end up with several pictures of Luke and Leo helping us out in the kitchen recently. We're putting those boys to work!
Grandma Riddles came to town for a few days as well to help us out. Speaking of people getting put to work, the boys kept her busy!
And of course, no blog post would be complete without the latest from Scott. He's been smiling a lot more lately!

A Fun Week for Luke
Luke had a big week, too. First, he started his first full week of preschool. He really likes it so far, and we think it'll be a great experience for him this year. Yesterday, he had his first day of soccer. He's on the "purple" team, and has been really excited about it since we signed him up last month. He had a lot of fun, they "practiced" for the first 45 minutes or so and then had a game at the end. Luke scored the first goal in the game and his team won 3-1. He was pretty proud of that. Afterwards, I took him to the Indians game. It was dollar dog night and we took full advantage of that - I think Luke had 4 hot dogs!
One Month Old!
Scott turned one month old this past week! He celebrated by sleeping for 7.5 hours straight last night, hopefully he'll keep that up. We really can't complain about anything so far, though, he's been a really good baby. Without further ado, here are a few "one month" pictures:

Who else? Scott!
Another good week with the little guy. It was great to have Grandma and Grandpa Riddles here from Monday to Wednesday to help us out again. We're big fans of them living so close now!
Luke's First Day of Preschool
Luke had his first day of preschool this week! Well, technically it was just a one hour orientation, but it still provided an opportunity for the obligatory "first day of school" picture. I must say, he's rockin' those white socks.
Starting this Monday, he'll be going three times a week in the mornings. So far, he's pretty excited about it!

Go Bees!
Last Saturday, I took Luke and Leo to the Brecksville-Broadview Heights high school football game (the boys' future high school - the "Bees"). It was at Cleveland Browns stadium, so that made it a pretty cool outing. They lost to North Royalton, but we still had a good time and stayed until the end of the third quarter. As with past sporting events we've been to, the boys were more interested in the hot dogs and other concessions than anything else (in fact, we spent more on food than the tickets themselves!).
Scott - Week 2
I meant to post this last Sunday, but our computer wasn't really cooperating, so here goes attempt #2.
My sister, Kari, who was the last of our help, returned home a week and a half ago, leaving us outnumbered by our three kids. Having said that, last week ended up being a very good week. Scott has been a really good baby so far, giving us some decent stretches of sleep at night and has been fairly easy to soothe (I've probably officially jinxed it by putting it into writing). He likes to be awake just after Luke and Leo go to bed, though - he must realize that's his opportunity to be the star of the show with his brothers out of the picture!
